Unlike traditional Japanese Tonkatsu, which is often served thick and sliced with sauce on the side, the authentic Korean-style Donkas we pride ourselves on features a wider, thinner profile that maximizes crunch. The defining characteristic is our house-crafted savory demi-glace sauce, which is generously poured directly over the cutlet, allowing the flavors to meld perfectly with the crispy breading.
