Adding a Guest Manually

When a guest arrives without having scanned the QR code, staff can add them directly.

  1. Tap the + Add to Waitlist button (top right of the Waitlist tab).
  2. Fill in the guest details:

- Name — guest's name

- Phone number — used for calling or sending WhatsApp messages

- Party size — number of people in the group

- Seating preference — select from any badges you have configured in Settings

- Notes — any special requests or internal notes

  1. Tap Add to place the guest in the queue.

The guest is immediately added to the bottom of the list with a Waiting status and a Staff Entry source badge.

Fields marked as required in Settings must be filled in before the guest can be added. Optional fields can be left blank.
