Editing Guest Details

You can update a guest's details at any point while they are on the waitlist.

  1. Tap on the guest's row (desktop) or the edit icon on their card (mobile) to open the detail panel.
  2. Edit any of the following fields:

- Name

- Phone number

- Party size

- Seating preference badges

- Notes

  1. Tap Save to apply the changes.

Changes are saved immediately and synced to all staff viewing the same branch in real time.

If a guest has joined via QR code and their record includes a Quick Chat response, that response is shown in the detail panel. You can re-send a Quick Chat prompt from here as well.
