Getting Started Checklist

If you are an Admin and this is your first time using the app after onboarding, you will see a Getting Started checklist in Settings and a setup banner above the main tabs.

The checklist guides you through the minimum configuration needed before your store goes live.

Setup banner — appears above the tabs until all required items are complete. Click Complete setup to go directly to Settings.

Checklist Items

Store Setup

  • Store name
  • Location
  • Country and time zone
  • Industry and category
  • Store description

Store Page Setup (your public guest page)

  • Page unique ID (the URL slug guests use to find your store)
  • Business hours
  • Menu or pricing information
  • Store images
  • Google Map link

Features

  • At least one of Waitlist or Reservation must be enabled

Items marked as optional (date format, notification email) are recommended but not required to dismiss the checklist.

Once all required items are complete, a Dismiss button appears at the bottom of the checklist card. Clicking it permanently hides both the checklist and the banner.

The Getting Started checklist is only visible to Admin role users. Staff and Manager users do not see it.
