Controls what information guests are asked to provide when they join via QR code. Access from Settings → QR Scan Form.
Shown Fields
Choose which of the following fields appear on the guest self-entry form:

Hiding a field removes it entirely from the guest form. Guests will not be asked for that information.
Required vs. Optional
For each shown field, you can mark it as compulsory. If a field is compulsory, the guest must fill it in before submitting. If optional, they can leave it blank.
Phone number and Name are shown and required by default. Party size is shown but optional by default. Adjust these to match what your venue actually needs from guests.
