Basic information about your branch. This data is used across the app and on your guest-facing page. Access it from Settings → Store Setup.
Most Store Setup fields require Admin access. Store Description is editable by Staff and Manager roles as well.
Branch Name
The name of your venue. Shown on the guest page and in all staff views.
Location
A short location description (e.g. city, neighborhood, or address). Displayed under the branch name.
Country & Time Zone
Sets the clock used for all timestamps — waitlist entries, reservations, and completed records. Set this correctly from the start; changing it later will shift how existing records display.
Date Display Format
Controls how dates appear throughout the app. Choose from formats like DD/MM/YYYY, MMM D, etc. Pick the format your team is most familiar with.
Industry & Category
Classifies your venue type. Used for internal categorization and may affect default settings suggested during onboarding.
Store Description
A short description of your venue. Appears on your public guest page below the branch name.
Notification Email
An email address that receives a notification whenever a reservation is submitted through the guest page. Optional but recommended if you want a backup alert outside the app.
