After logging in, you will see three tabs at the top of the screen. These are your main working areas.
Waitlist
Shows guests who are currently waiting. New walk-in guests join here — either added by staff or by scanning the QR code at your venue. Each row shows the guest's name, party size, wait time, and current status.
Reservation
Shows upcoming bookings. Guests can be added manually by staff or by scanning the QR code to submit a reservation request. You can see today's bookings and future dates.
Completed
A record of guests who have been completed or cancelled. Useful for reviewing how many guests were served and for undoing an accidental action.
Which tabs appear depends on your store's settings. If only Waitlist is enabled, the Reservation tab will not be shown.
