Changing a User's Branch Access

Admins can update which branches a team member can access at any time.

  1. Go to Manage Users.
  2. Find the team member and open their detail row.
  3. Update their branch access — add or remove branches as needed.
  4. Save the changes.

The updated access takes effect immediately. The team member will see the change on their next page load.

Removing a Team Member

  1. Go to Manage Users.
  2. Find the team member and open their detail row.
  3. Tap Remove User.
  4. Confirm the action.

The user's access to all branches under the account is revoked immediately. Their account is not deleted — if you invite them again later, they can re-join.

Only Admins can remove team members.

Leaving a Team

If you want to remove yourself from a branch or account:

  1. Open your profile menu (top right of the app).
  2. Tap Leave Team (or access this option from your account settings).
  3. Confirm the action.

You will lose access to the branch immediately and be returned to the account selection screen. If you are the only Admin on the account, you will not be able to leave until another Admin is assigned.
