Tab: Completed

The Completed Tab

The Completed tab is a record of all guests who have been completed or cancelled during the current service period. Both waitlist guests and reservation guests appear here once actioned.

What Appears in Completed

A record appears in the Completed tab when any of the following happens:

  • A waitlist guest is marked Complete
  • A waitlist guest is Cancelled
  • A reservation guest is completed directly from the Reservation tab
  • A reservation guest is Cancelled

Each record shows the guest's name, party size, time of action, origin (Waitlist or Reservation), and final status (Completed or Cancelled).

Time Range: Today Only vs. Last 12 Hours

Use the toggle at the top of the Completed tab to switch between two views:

Today Only — shows all records from the current calendar day (midnight to now).

Last 12 Hours — shows records from the past 12 hours, which may include records from the previous calendar day if you are viewing early in the morning.

Completed vs. Cancelled Counts

A summary at the top of the tab shows the total counts for the current view:

  • Completed — guests who were served
  • Cancelled — guests who left or were removed without being served

These counts update in real time as the team takes actions.

Undoing a Completion

If a guest was completed or cancelled by mistake, you can restore them.

  1. Find the guest in the Completed tab.
  2. Tap Undo on their row.
  3. The guest is moved back to the tab they came from — either the Waitlist or the Reservation tab — with their previous status restored.
Undo is only available for a limited time after the action. Once the record is too old, the Undo option is no longer shown. Who can undo completions is controlled by your branch's permissions settings.
