Adding a Reservation Manually

Staff can add a reservation on behalf of a guest — for example, when taking a booking over the phone.

  1. Tap the + Add Reservation button (top right of the Reservation tab).
  2. Select a date from the date picker.
  3. Select an available time slot. Slots shown are based on your branch's reservation settings (slot interval, max per slot, booking window).
  4. Fill in the guest details:

- Name — guest's name

- Phone number — used for calling or WhatsApp messages

- Party size — number of people in the group

- Seating preference — select from any badges configured in Settings

- Notes — special requests or internal notes

  1. Tap Add to confirm.

The reservation appears in the list with a Pending status and a Staff Entry source badge.

If a time slot is already at maximum capacity, it will be shown as unavailable and cannot be selected.
