You can update a reservation's details at any time before the guest is completed or cancelled.
- Tap on the reservation row (desktop) or the edit icon on the card (mobile) to open the detail panel.
- Edit any of the following fields:
- Name
- Phone number
- Party size
- Date and time slot
- Seating preference badges
- Notes
- Tap Save to apply the changes.
Changes are saved immediately and synced to all staff viewing the same branch in real time.
Changing the date or time slot does not automatically notify the guest. If you need to inform them of a change, use the WhatsApp button to send a message manually.
