Free vs. Pro — Feature Differences
isReserved offers two plans: Free and Pro.

Feature availability may vary. Your current plan and usage are shown in Settings → Plan.
Requesting a Plan Upgrade
Upgrades are reviewed and approved manually.
- Open Settings from the sidebar.
- Scroll to the Plan section.
- Tap Request Upgrade to Pro.
- Your request is submitted and reviewed by the isReserved team.
You will be notified once the upgrade is applied. In the meantime, your Free plan remains active.
Plan Downgrade Warnings
If your account is on the Pro plan and your usage exceeds what the Free plan allows (for example, more than one branch or more than three team members), you will see a downgrade warning when your Pro plan is due to expire or be reviewed.
The warning appears as a banner in the app and in Settings → Plan. It lists which features or limits will be affected if the account reverts to Free.
No immediate action is required when you see a downgrade warning. Your Pro plan remains active until the review date. If you want to stay on Pro, ensure your upgrade is renewed or contact the isReserved team.
