The Manage Users section (accessible from the sidebar or profile menu) shows everyone who has access to your branch.
What You Can See
Each team member is listed with:
- Name and email — their Google account details
- Role — Staff, Manager, or Admin
- Branch access — which branches they can view and manage
Admins can see all members across all branches under the account. Managers and Staff see members relevant to their own branch access.
Roles at a Glance
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Staff | Can manage guests on the waitlist and reservation tabs |
| Manager | All Staff capabilities plus access to Settings |
| Admin | Full access including team management and branch creation |
