The Waitlist tab shows all guests currently waiting. The view adapts automatically to your screen size.
Desktop — Table View
On wider screens, guests appear in a table with columns for:
- Name and party size
- Wait time — how long since they joined (updates every 30 seconds)
- Status badges — Waiting, Paged, Called
- Entry source — whether the guest joined via staff entry or the guest QR code
- Action buttons — Page, Call, Seat, and more
Guests are listed oldest-first (longest waiting at the top).
Mobile — Card View
On smaller screens, each guest is displayed as a card with the same information laid out vertically. Action buttons appear at the bottom of each card.
Status Badges
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting | Guest is in the queue, not yet contacted |
| Paged | Guest has been notified via the app (in-venue alert) |
| Called | Staff has made phone contact with the guest |
A guest can have both a Paged and a Called badge at the same time if both actions have been taken.
