Your store has a public guest-facing page that guests reach by scanning your QR code or visiting your unique URL. This section controls what appears on that page.
What is a Slug?
A slug is the unique identifier in your store's public URL:
isreserved.com/guest/stores/your-slug-here
Choose something short and recognizable — your venue name or a common abbreviation works well. Slugs can only contain lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. Once set and shared with guests, changing it will break existing QR codes and links.
Store Posts
Additional content blocks that appear on your guest page below the main store header. Use posts to share your story, highlight a menu section, or provide any information you want guests to see before joining the waitlist or making a reservation.
Business Hours
Your regular operating hours by day of the week. Displayed on the guest page so guests know when you are open.
Menu / Pricing
A list of items with name, description, and price. Displayed as a reference menu on your guest page. This is not an ordering system — it is informational only.
Store Images
Photos of your venue that appear in a gallery on the guest page. Upload images that represent your space and atmosphere.
Google Maps Link
Paste a Google Maps share link for your venue. isReserved will extract the coordinates and embed an interactive map on your guest page. Guests can tap it to get directions.
Use the Share button in Google Maps to get the correct link. Short URLs (maps.app.goo.gl) are supported — isReserved resolves them automatically.
