Reading the Reservation List

The Reservation tab shows upcoming and same-day bookings for your branch. The view adapts automatically to your screen size.

Desktop — Table View

On wider screens, reservations appear in a table with columns for:

  • Name and party size
  • Date and time — the reserved slot
  • Status badges — Pending, Confirmed
  • Entry source — whether the booking was made by a guest via QR or added manually by staff
  • Action buttons — Confirm, Check In, Complete, and more

Reservations are listed in chronological order, with the earliest upcoming booking at the top.

Mobile — Card View

On smaller screens, each reservation is displayed as a card with the same information laid out vertically. Action buttons appear at the bottom of each card.

Status Badges

| Badge | Meaning |

| Pending | Booking received, not yet acknowledged by staff |

| Confirmed | Staff has confirmed the reservation with the guest |

Sorting and Date Range

By default, the Reservation tab shows all upcoming reservations across future dates. Use the Today Only toggle to narrow the view to same-day bookings only.

Past reservations that have not been completed or cancelled remain visible until actioned.
