Last updated 6 Jun 2026

Controls which operational tabs are active for your branch. Access from Settings → Features.

Waitlist

Enabling the Waitlist Tab

When enabled, the Waitlist tab appears in the app and guests can join via QR code. When disabled, the tab is hidden for all staff and the QR code will not allow waitlist entries.

Messenger Channel

Selects the communication channel used to contact waiting guests — WhatsApp, SMS, or in-app chat. This setting determines which send option appears when staff tap a guest's row.

Reservations

Enabling the Reservation Tab

When enabled, the Reservation tab appears in the app and guests can book ahead via QR code. Requires a Pro plan for advanced configuration options.

Slot Mode: Hourly vs. Fixed Slots

Controls how reservation time slots are offered to guests on the booking form.

  • Hourly slots — slots are generated automatically at a fixed interval (e.g. every 15 or 30 minutes) across your operating hours. Easier to manage; good for high-volume venues.
  • Fixed time slots — you define exactly which times are available (e.g. 12:00, 12:30, 18:00, 20:30). Useful when your seatings follow a set schedule.

Slot Interval (Hourly mode only)

How many minutes between each available slot. Common values: 15, 30, 60 minutes.

Availability Window

How many days ahead guests can book. For example, setting this to 7 allows guests to book up to one week in advance.

Max Reservations per Slot

The maximum number of reservations allowed at the same time slot. Once a slot is full, it no longer appears as available to new guests.

Closing Time Buffer

How many hours before closing time to stop accepting new reservations. For example, a 2-hour buffer on a venue that closes at 22:00 means the last bookable slot is at 20:00.

Booking Lead Time

The minimum number of hours in advance a guest must book. For example, setting this to 2 means guests cannot book a slot less than 2 hours from now.

Guest Self-Editing Deadline

How many hours before their reservation time a guest can still edit their own booking details from the confirmation page. After this window closes, they must contact the venue directly.

Completed Tab

The Completed tab shows a record of all guests who have been finalized — either completed or cancelled.

Who Can View Completed Records

All roles (Staff, Manager, Admin) can see the Completed tab by default.

Who Can Undo a Completion

Only Manager and Admin roles can undo a completed entry and restore it to its previous list. Staff users can view completed records but cannot undo them.
